Non-Stat Down Pills: Consuming neutral pills or negative effect pills that do not alter stats (like Amnesia, Addicted, or Paralysis) rewards you with a Black Heart.

Black Feather: This trinket detects False PHD as an evil item, automatically granting an extra damage boost.
A Pony / White Pony: These active items lock your minimum movement speed to 1.5, allowing you to abuse Speed Down pills for free damage without slowing to a crawl.
PHD / Lucky Foot / Virgo: Combining False PHD with standard PHD or similar luck items causes pills to mix into good and bad versions again. However, whenever you do take a bad pill, you still receive the False PHD damage or health bonuses.
