Choose WAV (PCM): Avoid MP3 or WMA during the initial recording stage. WAV is an uncompressed, lossless format. It preserves every detail of your voice without adding compression artifacts. You can always convert it to MP3 later if you need a smaller file size. 2. Maximize the Sample Rate
Sample rate determines how many times per second the software captures audio data.
